These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and dons55 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") in respect of your use of the dons55 website accessible at https://dons55.cam and all associated services, products and features offered therein.

To register and maintain an Account on dons55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licensing framework, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting as a private individual in your personal capacity and not as a professional player, agent or on behalf of a third party.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept full responsibility for verifying your legal position.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or through any applicable third-party self-exclusion scheme that covers this Operator.
6. You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was closed by the Operator for breach of these Terms, fraud or related grounds.

4.1 Account Creation

You may open only one Account per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. The Operator reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to void any associated transactions where multiple Accounts are detected.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Any material misrepresentation — including providing a false name, date of birth or address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

dons55 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) programme. You may be required to provide proof of identity (such as a valid CNIC or passport), proof of address and, in some cases, source-of-funds documentation. The Operator may suspend deposits, withdrawals or both pending satisfactory completion of KYC. This process is standard practice for licensed online gaming operators and is designed to protect you against fraud and money laundering.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or such other currencies as are made available in the cashier. All displayed monetary amounts are in the Account's nominated currency. The Operator accepts no responsibility for exchange-rate fluctuations where currency conversion applies.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Identity Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. The name on the receiving payment instrument must exactly match the name registered on your Account.
2. Wagering Conditions: Any active bonus attached to your balance must have its wagering requirements fully satisfied before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. Partially wagered bonuses may be forfeited upon submission of a withdrawal request.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies as stated in the cashier. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Processing Time: dons55 does not guarantee specific payout timeframes. Processing times vary by payment method, KYC status and Operator review. No financial penalties apply to the Operator for processing within reasonable industry-standard windows.
5. Reverse Withdrawal Policy: Where the cashier applies a reverse-withdrawal policy, a pending withdrawal may be cancelled and returned to your Account balance until the request is finalised. You remain responsible for not wagering returned funds.
6. Fraud Prevention: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, delay or refuse any withdrawal pending fraud investigation. If investigation confirms irregular activity, the Operator may close the Account and void the relevant balances in accordance with applicable law.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on dons55 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (rollover) — this is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before withdrawal eligibility applies. Rollover requirements typically range from 10× to 35× depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotion pages for specific contribution tables.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of grant. Unmet wagering requirements after expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

8.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on dons55 are subject to the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant bet settlement.

8.2 Sportsbook

Odds are expressed in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The confirmed odds displayed on your bet receipt are the odds that apply. Cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports markets are subject to event-specific rules governing void bets, postponed events, abandoned matches and partial results.

8.3 Casino & Live Tables

Casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems verified by independent testing laboratories. Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as stated per game. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers under their own published rules; dons55 facilitates access to these games but does not directly operate the live dealing functions.

8.4 System Errors

In the event of a system error, software malfunction or obvious pricing error (including "palpable error"), dons55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from any manifest error in odds or game software are not payable.

8.5 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or edit-bet facility for the relevant market. Use of cash-out is at the discretion of the Operator and may be withdrawn at any time.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on dons55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage, matched betting exploits or coordinated bonus abuse with other Users.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from fraudulent, stolen or otherwise unlawful sources.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or payment infrastructure.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or financial status during registration or KYC processes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity via the Platform.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or accessing another Player's Account.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening conduct directed at Platform staff or other Players.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, dons55 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void associated transactions, withhold balances and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

dons55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and should never be undertaken as a means of earning income, resolving financial difficulties or coping with personal distress.

The following tools are available to all registered Users from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic log-outs after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account is locked and promotional communications are suppressed. Requests for self-exclusion are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration chosen.

11.1 By the Operator

dons55 may suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion where:

• You are found to have breached these Terms or any associated policy.
• Your Account is subject to a fraud, money laundering or chargeback investigation.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Operator to restrict access.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which the Operator does not hold applicable licensing.
• Your conduct on the Platform is deemed abusive, threatening or harmful to other Users or staff.

11.2 By the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) shall be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dons55 and its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses attributable to system downtime, scheduled maintenance, network outages or force majeure events.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, software providers or live game studio operators.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from your own failure to maintain Account security, comply with these Terms or understand applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence.

All content accessible on the dons55 Platform — including but not limited to software code, graphical interfaces, logos, brand names, text, promotional materials, data compilations and odds data — is the intellectual property of dons55 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, adapt or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from dons55.

dons55 collects, processes and stores personal data as described in our full Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy. In summary:

• We collect only the data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with legal obligations.
• Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
• We may share data with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where legally required.
• You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

dons55 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the update notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must close your Account before the revision's effective date and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall, in the first instance, be submitted to the Operator's formal complaints procedure as described below. Where a dispute cannot be resolved at operator level, Players may have recourse to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme associated with the Operator's licence.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights where applicable law grants rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

Pakistani users are specifically reminded that they bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction, and that acceptance of these Terms does not constitute any representation by dons55 regarding compliance with Pakistani domestic law.
